Notice is hereby given that the Executive Member for Adult Services, Health and Housing is to be asked to make a key decision on 8 Jul 2022 in respect of the following:

TITLE: Allocation of S106 Commuted Sum Monies (Boyd Court, Downshire Way)

PURPOSE OF DECISION:

Approval for spend of secured S106 affordable housing commuted funds to create a new wheelchair accessible dwelling to meet an identified housing need.

The Executive Member for Adult Services, Health and Housing will be considering a report prepared by the Executive Director: People.  A copy of the report and any other documents will be available for inspection on the Council’s web site or at Time Square, Market Street, Bracknell, RG12 1JD (when the offices are open).
